Booking & Arrivals
What is required to make a reservation?
A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking via Visa or Mastercard. Reservation requests can be made here.
Do you accept same-day bookings?
Reservation requests should be made online at least 24 hours in advance; while same-day bookings are sometimes possible, they are not guaranteed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before arrival incur a $15.00 fee; no refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of your stay.
Is there a minimum stay?
We require a 2-night minimum on weekends, 3 nights on long weekends, and a 5-night booking for the Canada Day long weekend.
When is check-in and check-out?
You can check in anytime after 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
Your Campsite
What are the campsites like?
Our spacious seasonal sites are approximately 60′ x 40′, offering a mostly open and sunny atmosphere. Sites range in size for overnight guests. All sites feature 30-amp service, with 50-amp service available on select seasonal and overnight sites.
Do you allow tents or pull-through trailers?
We are an RV-only park and do not offer tent camping; please note that all of our sites are back-in only.
Are campfires allowed?
Yes! Each site has a fire ring and picnic table for your use, provided there is no municipal fire ban in effect.
Can I use a generator?
Generators are discouraged to maintain our quiet atmosphere, but may be used briefly during power disruptions or extreme heat if they do not disturb your neighbors.
Park Rules & Safety
Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved small pets (including dogs, cats, and birds) are welcome as long as they are leashed, quiet, and never left unattended. For everyone’s safety, please keep them out of the pool area, playgrounds, and park buildings.
Are visitors allowed?
Day guests are welcome for $12/day (ages 2 and under are free) but must be registered to a camper via our [Overnight] or [Seasonal] guest forms.
When is "Quiet Time"?
Quiet time begins at 12:00am (midnight), at which point all radios must be off and voices kept low.
What is your smoking and alcohol policy?
The lawful consumption of alcohol, cannabis, or tobacco is permitted on your registered site only and is strictly prohibited in all common areas.
Are bicycles, scooters, or golf carts allowed?
Bicycles are welcome during daylight hours, but golf carts are not permitted; electric mobility scooters for accessibility are always allowed.
Amenities & Location
Is there on-site staff for assistance?
While office hours vary by season, help is always a phone call away for after-hours assistance at 905-806-6342.
Do you have showers and laundry?
Yes, we offer coin-operated laundry ($3/cycle) and pay showers ($0.25) for your convenience.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
We do not offer Wi-Fi, as we encourage our guests to unplug and enjoy the company of our close-knit community!
How far are you from Toronto? What about Canada’s Wonderland?
We are located approximately one hour’s drive from both downtown Toronto and Canada’s Wonderland.
